Richard Duese - Founder and President
Licensed for 32 years. Married for 24 years with 3 children. His oldest daughter is currently serving in the Navy. Rich has a degree in economics from the university of Illinois and has the pleasure of teaching seminars on “What to Know When Retiring” several times a year. He is well respected in the insurance and financial community and affectionately known as “The Safe-Money Guy.
Robert Hardy - Vice President and CMO
Licensed for over 20 years. Robert has been married for 26 years with 5 children. Robert served as senior pastor for many years. He has a Theological degree and is a certified John C Maxwell coach. Robert has the pleasure of teaching weekly leadership classes to insurance agents and entrepreneurs.
